The filter is made of optical glass and features a sharp demarcation between the tinted and clear sections.<\/p>\n<p>Both sides of the glass are treated with a nano coating that attenuates infrared light and visible wavelengths. This reduces colour casts during longer exposure times and maintains colour neutrality between the visible and infrared spectrums. The coating also makes the filter scratch-resistant and easy to clean.<\/p>\n<p>The filter is 4 mm thick and optimised for digital sensors. It is available in 4&#215;5.65&#8243; or 6&#215;6&#8243; sizes and in ND strengths of 0.3 (1 stop), 0.6 (2 stops), 0.9 (3 stops), or 1.2 (4 stops).
