The included ND filters reduce the amount of light reaching the sensor to allow for longer shutter speeds and wider apertures. An IR layer on the filters blocks infrared light to maintain natural colours.

Filter holder and optics

The V7 filter holder is made of aluminium with a matte black frosted surface to reduce reflections. It can be rotated 360 degrees and locked with a screw, while an adjustment wheel on the back allows the polarisation filter to be turned even when other filters are inserted. The holder can be used with full-frame lenses with focal lengths as short as 15 mm, such as a 16-35 mm f/2.8 wide-angle zoom, without risk of vignetting. The included circular polarisation filter is ultra-thin, has a diameter of 86 mm, and is made from a film that prevents the warm cast common in most CPL filters.

Filter types and accessories

Adapter rings: 67, 72, 77 and 82 mm

Filter types: IRND, IRGND and circular polarisation filter

Compare variants

Kit type

Graduation

Advanced

Reverse, Medium

Professional

Soft, Reverse, Medium

Included

V7 filter holder

Adapter rings for 67, 72, 77 and 82 mm

Circular polarisation filter 86 mm

IR ND filter 100×100 mm ND64 (6 stop)

IR ND filter 100×100 mm ND1000 (10 stop)

Medium graduated IR ND filter 100×150 mm ND8 (3 stop)

Reverse graduated IR ND filter 100×150 mm ND8 (3 stop)

Caddy Pro100 filter bag

V7 lens cap

Cleaning cloth

Air blower

Clever Cleaner cleaning tool

Filter set for the V7 system with 100 mm filters and Nano coating.
