When used with warm-tone papers, it produces cool chocolate brown shades, while neutral-tone papers result in purple-brown tones. On cold-tone papers, the effect is very small or non-existent. This toner can also be used with black and white film.<\/p>\n<h3>Dilution and effect<\/h3>\n<p>A dilution of 1:3 is used for maximum toning effect. To protect prints, a dilution of 1:20 is recommended.
