An ambient light sensor detects surroundings and adjusts brightness automatically to protect the eyes and ensure readability in various environments. Colour reproduction follows the Rec.709 standard and the monitor supports HDR monitoring.<\/p>\n<h3>Interface and imaging tools<\/h3>\n<p>Settings are controlled via the touchscreen using tap and swipe gestures, or via physical buttons and a rotary wheel. For precise exposure and focus, tools such as waveform, vectorscope, histogram, focus assist, and monochrome are available. The monitor supports 3D LUT for Log to Rec.709, and custom 3D LUT files can be uploaded via the SD card slot on the side. Audio can be monitored through a stereo headphone output.<\/p>\n<h3>Power and mounting<\/h3>\n<p>The battery plate on the rear is designed for Sony F970 batteries. An external installation and power supply kit for Sony F970 allows for the mounting and powering of external equipment such as wireless transmitters or LED lamps. A DC 8 V output is available to power your DSLR or mirrorless camera.
